Our NEW Zund G3 cutter

We are now able to offer custom cutting, routing and creasing along with our digital printing solutions. The Zund G3 can cut, crease and rout out a huge variety of substrates up to 50mm thick.

The Power of White Ink

Traditionally, digital printers rely on a white substrate to overlay CMYK images to produce full colour output. Printing on (for example) clear substrates produces washed out colours and the only way to combat this would be to over-saturate the print to compensate.

Our new white ink printer gets around this issue by combining the usual CMYK image with an additional spot white layer. The image can have a complete flood fill or just individual elements picked out. Check out the video for more details.
